What to know before getting started
Setup, integrations, languages and billing
If you cannot find the answer, ask RDO’s founder directly in a 20-minute demo.
We already use a contact manager and a task list. What does this add?
Routes and schedules are planned together. A to-do application can list jobs, but it cannot tell you whether Thursday's workload fits, who is closest to an urgent call or which three jobs should be handled on the same round. The loss happens in travel and rescheduling, not in task tracking.
We do not want to grow. Can it still help us?
RDO is not only about growth: it is about doing the same work with less stress. If you do not want more people, the benefit is time freed up: less overtime, less weekend paperwork and fewer evening calls. You do not have to sell the spare capacity — you can use it to go home earlier.
Our technicians will not use a new application.
The technician view is deliberately as simple as possible: today's jobs, the route, customer details and the documents they need. No menu items that do not concern them. For someone who has been filling out work sheets on paper, this means less work — and nothing to hand in to the office afterwards.
How long does it take to set up the system and move our data over?
Less than you might think. To get started, you only need to prepare the jobs for a typical working day, estimated service times and your colleagues’ working hours. Together with RDO’s founder, you go through how you organize work today and which data is worth entering, and put together your first schedule. Then there is a 30-minute workshop each for dispatchers and technicians, and you can add the rest of your data as you go.
Does it include real-time tracking?
The system provides a map overview of jobs and planned routes, but it is not real-time GPS navigation. There is a practical reason: a maintenance round is often arranged weeks in advance, rather than put together that morning.
What happens to our existing work sheets and warranty documents?
They can be uploaded and turned into fillable digital forms. You do not have to adapt your company's documents to the software; it works the other way around.
Is there a mobile app?
The system is web-based and responsive, so it works on phones and tablets without installation. A separate mobile application is in development.
Which languages are available?
Hungarian, English and German. If your team speaks different languages, everyone can use the same system in their own language.
Can it connect to our invoicing software?
Yes. Számlázz.hu and Billingo integrations are available: invoices for completed work are issued directly in your invoicing software. A Google Calendar connection is in development.
How can we pay, and how long are we committed for?
A monthly subscription based on your chosen plan and the number of user accounts, currently paid by bank transfer against an invoice. Card payments are coming soon. There is no long-term commitment; you can cancel monthly.
How much does RDO cost?
The plans show the monthly fee, included users, additional-user charges and the number of customer records you can keep. Prices exclude VAT. View the plans.
